Russia have clear problems in both development and homogeneity, and many of its players are suffering from injuries and have been sidelined. The Saudis, on the other hand, have their only shot at tight defense and can hit the counter if they can. A little bit of trouble and stress for the Russians, a little bit of Arab defensive tactics and a little bit of prehistory that the Mundial opening match almost always has to hide, leading us to draw in the first half.
