Let's go for crosses…

All the leagues are important, but the truth is that most eyes are on them and they are worried about what will happen to the Premier League and then to the Champions League. The first training sessions, the first contact training sessions, the resumption of the season and the English, European finals. This is the calendar after the coronary artery.

Let's take a brief look at what exactly has been decided, what we expect and on what dates there will be a return to action.

Next Tuesday, May 12, is the day that the teams on the Island will start the first stage of training that will take place in small groups, observing the precautionary measures that have been put in place.

13 days after the first training session on May 23, the stage where physical contact will be allowed will follow, which is inevitable if we are talking about football. The training sessions will begin to resemble normal operation, so that the teams can enter the final straight for the games.

June 12 is the key date and most important of all. For then, it is planned to become a center again and roll the place. Even on leave, without fan pitches, it will be an oasis, an injection of positive psychology. Then the countdown begins for the 9-10 games and the total of 92 games that will complete the championship.

If, if and after everything goes smoothly on July 27, the season for the Premier League will be over. That is, a ball will be played for six weeks and everything will be ready for next year's planning.

Normally the championship for 2020-'21 would start on August 8. However, this cannot be done anymore. From July 27th to August 3rd, the teams will have just one week off and will then return to get into the shorter preparation time.

August 8 is the moment of the Cup final in "Wembley". Of course, the tournament is still in the quarterfinals and its games will be concentrated somewhere between the championship matches.

However, on August 9, football returns to a pan-European level. Champions and Europa League still have to see the remaining games of the "16" phase take place, to gradually pass the quarterfinals, semifinals and reach the final. The knockout matches will be single and in a neutral court, but there is still no specific calendar.

Then the inimitable will happen. The new season is set to begin in England on August 22, but the previous one in Europe has not been completed. There is, of course, an alternative plan for September 12, but the Premier League wants to start at the end of August.

On August 26, Poland's Gdansk will host the Europa League final.

The final date of the craziest season in the history of football, August 29, has been set for the Champions League final and we all hope that the road to Istanbul will be open and that there will be no threat of coronation. This is on the horizon for May 30 to become the next final, in view of EURO 2020 which of course will be held in 2021.
